Deepali comes with two decades of experience in the development sector in India.Deepali  completed M.Phil and worked as a Gender trainer and program evaluator with a focus on Gender and Child development. She has also worked with Concern India Foundation, ChildFund International, ActionAid, and SPJIMR for evaluation and studies as a consultant. Subsequently joined a USAID project for West Bengal to conduct training and pilots for women’s empowerment in rural Bengal joining AAH as Director MEAL.
